Owner, and native Angeleno, Susumu Tsuchihashi grew up eating food from both Japanese and American cultures. He always had a "fusion" way of thinking when it came to food, and wanted to bring one of the most beloved foods of Japan to America. Imagawa-yaki (Imas) are Japan's very own nostalgic comfort food eaten at festivals, special occasions or just as a fun and nourishing snack. In addition to the traditional sweet Azuki bean (red bean) flavor, Fulfilled offers a new take on this classic pastry by creating flavors made with fresh new ingredients.

Knowing that people in Los Angeles have a sophisticated palate, and a taste for adventure, our goal is to bring you a product that will please the palate and become a comfort to you.
